CCR8 β-Arrestin CHO 報告基因藥靶模型很好的模擬了體內 CCR8/β-Arrestin 的信號轉導過(guò)程，原理見(jiàn)下圖所示。當缺乏配體刺激時(shí)，β-Arrestin 不與 CCR8 結合，融合β-Arrestin的熒光素酶處于失活構象，當 CCR8 遭遇配體刺激時(shí)，融合熒光素酶報告基因的β-Arrestin被招募，使熒光素酶報告基因處于激活狀態(tài)，加入其底物后發(fā)光信號增強。
