| I. Background | |

CCR5（趨化因子受體 5 或趨化因子 C－C 亞族受體 5），也稱(chēng)為 CD195，是一種 G蛋白 偶聯(lián)受體，屬于整合型膜蛋白的 β 趨化因子受體家族成員。CCR5 主要與 Gα i/o 和 Gα q/11 偶聯(lián)，在樹(shù)突狀細胞、T 細胞、巨噬細胞、嗜酸性粒細胞、小膠質(zhì)細胞和髓系抑制細胞上 表達，并由多種配體（CCL3、CCL3L1、CCL4、CCL5、CCL8、CCL11、CCL13 和 CCL16） 激活，以促進(jìn)趨化性和免疫細胞活化。
巨噬細胞和樹(shù)突狀細胞分泌 CCR5 依賴(lài)性促炎細胞因子可激活適應性免疫反應?；罨?的 CD4+ T 細胞分泌 CCR5 依賴(lài)性 IL-2 可誘導效應 T 細胞、記憶 T 細胞和調節性 T 細胞的 增殖和活化。 CCR5 是加速募集效應和記憶 CD8+ T 細胞至感染部位所必需的。CCR5 是 HIV 進(jìn)入免疫細胞的輔助受體。CCR5 可與多種配體任意結合，從而啟動(dòng)包括引導遷移在 內的細胞信號傳導。 |
