| I. Background | |
| CD30 是腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族（TNFRSF）成員之一，即 TNFRSF8，又被稱(chēng)作 Ki- 1 抗原。CD30 是活化 T 細胞和 HL、ALCL 等少數 NHL 的特征性細胞表面受體。CD30 刺 激通過(guò)募集 TNFR 相關(guān)因子（TRAF）和 TRAF 結合蛋白導致受體三聚化和信號轉導，從 而產(chǎn)生信號轉導復合物。CD30 刺激的下游作用部分由 NFκB 以及 MAPK/細胞外信號調節 激酶途徑介導。在人體正常條件下，CD30 除在胸腺發(fā)育過(guò)程中的胸腺細胞、胰腺外分泌 細胞、妊娠子宮和子宮內膜中的蛻膜細胞中表達外，通常不表達。CD30 存在于多種血液 腫瘤中，表達水平較高的有霍奇金淋巴瘤、間變性大細胞淋巴瘤。CD30 在外周 T 細胞淋 巴瘤（PTCL）、結外 NK/T 細胞淋巴瘤、皮膚 T 細胞淋巴瘤、彌漫性大 B 細胞淋巴瘤中也 有不同程度的表達。 | |
