Toll 樣受體（TLR）是一種模式識別受體（PRR），高度保守，可識別各種類(lèi)型的微 生物病原體相關(guān)模式分子（PAMP）。在人類(lèi)中發(fā)現了 10 個(gè) Toll 樣受體家族（TLR1-10） 成員，在小鼠中發(fā)現了 12 個(gè)成員（TLR1-9、TLR11 and TLR13）。TLR1、TLR2、TLR4、 TLR5 和 TLR6 分布在細胞膜表面；TLR3、TLR7、TLR8、TLR9 和 TLR10 分布在細胞內 涵體膜表面（TLR3 識別 dsRNA，TLR9 識別 dsDNA）。TLRs 下游信號的激活主要依賴(lài)于 兩類(lèi)轉錄因子：NF-κB 和干擾調節因子（IRFs），它們主要誘導促炎細胞因子和 I 型干擾 素（IFN）的產(chǎn)生。 |
